We hope everyone enjoyed Professor Ammon’s talk on her journey related to city photography and her Q&A session!

Professor Ammon focuses particularly on post-1945 urbanism and planning, and is a historian of the built environment. She has approached her work as a historian through the premise that the landscape materializes social relations, cultural values, and economic processes, and has the power to shape the physical world.
